In the light of the constant support
Helsinn is committed to grant to its products and partners, we are extremely
pleased to announce that also this year we will be present at the
5th
Eular Congress in Vienna, 8-11 June 2005, with a
Satellite Symposium and stand aimed at
highlighting the important role played by its two NSAI
products,
nimesulide and
oxaprozin,
in the treatment of pain and inflammation of rheumatic and musculo-skeletal
origin.

Helsinn's satellite symposium will see an interactive experts’ debate on the
role of NSAIDs in the complex inflammatory
pathways.
The first part of the program is designed to provide a review on the status of
current research and opinion on the mechanisms and mediators of inflammation and
pain, while in the second part, the role of NSAIDs in a clinical context will be
discussed.
This interactive program will conclude with the presentation of 2 clinical case
scenarios, featuring clinical evidence on the appropriate use of nimesulide and
oxaprozin, the two NSAIDs in Helsinn’s portfolio, in the management of pain and
inflammation in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
