Helsinn Chemicals SA, located in Biasca, Southern Switzerland, has over 24 years of experience in custom synthesis dedicated exclusively to the life science industry. Since the foundation in 1983, its facility has been continuously expanded and upgraded, providing the latest technological advancements to its contract manufacturing partners. The plant now covers an area of 5000 square meters with sufficient space for future expansions enabling Helsinn to broaden its line of services.

The production facilities include stainless steel and glass-lined reactors with individual volumes ranging from 0.1 to 6.3 cubic meters with validated computer controlled systems. The total reactor volume in this facility is 46 cubic meters.
Helsinn swiss site has been successfully inspected by the FDA with no 483 and is ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified.
